State v Lage

Client was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. The murder weapon was found, and the only DNA located on the gun and the shells was that of Carson’s client. Carson raised an “alternative perpetrator” defense, and argued to the jury that someone other than his client committed the crime. After a 4 day trial, the jury found Carson’s client not guilty
