State v Vig

The state cancelled Carson’s clients drivers’ license and informed him that he would have to participate in the ignition interlock program before his license could be reinstated. Carson argued that the state misled his client by giving him incorrect information regarding the interlock program. As a result, the Court reinstated Carson’s clients driving privileges without the requirement that he participate in the ignition interlock program.
